The world is your oyster, and it is huge.
I’m afraid I’ll stick a knife through my hand so I refrained from shucking oysters today though there were plenty to practice on at the incredible oyster feast hosted by Righteous Foods owners and siblings Keith and Amy Swenson. Thanks again to my friend Julie of In a Half Shell for inviting me! If you’re wondering who got to eat the ginormous oyster pictured on the lower right, it was Julie, who, after tossing back the thing said nonchalantly, “I’ve had bigger.”
