Hi, I'm Amy Cao — writer and creator of Stupidly Simple Snacks, a web series about cooking when you can't.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, I now live in Greenpoint with my awesome boyfriend Chris who makes films, music and an excessive amount of food so I usually have something to eat besides Nutella sandwiches for lunch.
This blog has appeared in New York, Time Out New York, NY Daily News, CNN, The Next Web (about my 5 favorite food Tumblrs) and others. I run social media and community at Foodspotting and have written for Tasting Table, Zagat Survey, HuffPost and more.
