I don’t often crave chocolate in candy form. I prefer my chocolate in cakes. Maybe it’s the vast difference in size; maybe it’s the texture (yes, definitely the texture). Either way, chocolate cookies, macarons, ice cream, soufflés, and shakes trump truffles any day!

That said, white chocolate ghosts are quite cute. You wouldn’t put googly eyes on a s’more. Happy Halloween!
