6:30PM I don’t often watch TV but it’s a “Domestic Amy” kind of day, so here I am in front of the boob tube waiting for my new friend Dan Delaney of VendrTV to appear on the evening news with Katie Couric.

6:45PM Baked muffins from a Williams-Sonoma cinnamon spice mix earlier today. I left them in the oven two minutes too long so they’re a touch dry on the outside. Alas, will know better next time!

6:55PM Katie just introduced “Meals-on-Wheels”. How exciting! So long for now.
