about
Hi, I'm Amy Cao — Creator of Stupidly Simple Snacks, a web series that shows you what to cook when you can't.
After two years as Head of Community at Foodspotting, I joined FiftyThree to help foster their growing community of creators. The company's first product Paper was named 2012 App of the Year by Apple. I'm also working on new episodes of Stupidly Simple Snacks with Cooking Channel which will premiere this summer.
I have written for Tasting Table, Zagat Survey, HuffPost and others.
Amy Blogs Chow was inspired by long meals and the friends I've made over them, and has appeared in New York Magazine, Time Out, New York Daily News, CNN, The Next Web and more. Here, I share my thoughts on life, work, relationships, food, social media, startups, travel, New York, my three adopted animals and a lot about Chris. ABC has a following of over 150,000 users on Tumblr and gains new followers daily.
