summer of abundance
Spending Labor Day weekend with Chris’s family on their farm in Rhode Island. These veggies were picked from the garden this morning, fulfilling their life calling as chilled corn soup, caprese salad, grilled vegetables and ricotta cheese-stuffed fried zucchini flowers. More pics.

After a full day at the Second Beach in Newport, Chris and I met up with his parents in Bristol for dinner. This was the view across the bay.
gone biking
Meet my awesome new bike. I think it is a ‘she’ but I haven’t gotten around to finding a suitable name and whenever I do think about it, I keep coming up with names of citrus fruits. Orange colored ones in particular.
So, Clementine, Chris and I are driving up to Newport, Rhode Island to hang out at the beaches and go bike riding. Hopefully without falling off this time.
